So I'm a college graduate with an English degree who lives in Midtown, Sacramento with a passion for writing that has spilled into a full-blown blogging habit that now chronicles my life as I aim to join the Peace Corps and start a teaching career with the TESOL Masters International program at Sac State. In the meantime, I work in a coffee-shop and write fiction with the hope of publishing a story one day. A lot has changed since I started this blog in May of 2010 and there's a lot more life to experience, so this is my chance to write it all down so when I'm old, I'll have this around to remind myself that I was once young and broke and totally unaware of what the future would hold.
